CANCELLATION FEE:
21 day notice 25% of deposit. 14 day notice 50% of deposit. 7 day notice 75% of deposit. Less than 7 days 100% of deposit
Should an unforeseen circumstance, such as an act of god, forces of nature or medical emergency force a cancellation, customer will only be charged for expenses incurred. Cancellation is defined as Doctor Bbq.com not allowed to set up its working area.
